ZAPA Shuttlers; premier badminton club of Japfü Christian College, hosted its first badminton tournament from 9-13 June, 2017. In the Men's doubles final, Kevisapi Kin and Chitaranjan Wareppam played against Renchio and Sulanthung beating them 2-1 winning the event. Asano Yhoshü and Keleno Tacü went for a straight 2-0 win against Kikrusenuo Vil and Keneisenuo Solo in the Women's Doubles final. In the Men's Singles event, the final round was played between Vil Pusa and Kevis
